At Velunab, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We do not have any final sale items, meaning all dresses purchased from Velunab are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

Free Return Shipping

Velunab offers free return shipping on all eligible returns:

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after your return request is approved
  • Customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full refund amount based on your original purchase price.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a dress for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you
